Mark Goldberg has been in the real estate business in Seattle since 1973. With over 30 years of experience in residential, multi-family and commercial real estate, he has developed broad and extensive knowledge to draw on. In 1985, Mr. Goldberg created a group of full-service real estate companies specializing in three major areas: development, construction and brokerage/advisory. The development and construction company acquired, developed, built and/or rehabed properties. Since the late 80's, the company's focus has been on acquisition and development of apartments and condominiums. The company has developed over 2,000 apartment and condominium units.

Over his many years in business, Mr. Goldberg has developed an encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate markets of the Seattle area, which is crucial in analyzing specific markets in order to determine how a project will most likely perform. Mr. Goldberg is well versed in all the facets of acquisition and disposition of real estate and has consistently produced well above market return on his projects.
